Student Terms and Conditions

1. Application of Terms

These Student Terms and Conditions apply to all students ("Students") receiving instruction through qualityhometutors.com. If the Student is under 18 years of age, their parent or legal guardian agrees to these terms on their behalf.

2. Code of Conduct & Expectations

Respectful Conduct: Students are expected to treat Tutors with respect, courtesy, and dignity at all times. Disruptive, inappropriate, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

Academic Integrity: Tutors are present to instruct, explain, and guide. Tutors will not complete homework, tests, or graded projects on behalf of the Student.

Preparedness: Students must be ready at the scheduled session time with all required learning materials (books, notebooks, assignments, and digital tools).

3. In-Home Tutoring Safety Rules

Adult Presence: For Students under 18 years old, a parent, legal guardian, or designated responsible adult (18+) must remain present in the home for the entire session.

Instruction Area: Tutoring must take place in an open or communal room of the home (e.g., living room, dining room, study) rather than a closed bedroom.

4. Scheduling & Attendance

Students are expected to be present and ready at the designated start time arranged by the Client and Tutor on qualityhometutors.com.

Late arrivals by the Student will not extend the scheduled end time of the session.

5. Termination of Services

Quality Home Tutors reserves the right to suspend or end tutoring services for any Student who violates this Code of Conduct or compromises the safety or well‑being of a Tutor.
